I ordered straps and somehow ended up with gloves instead, which was frustrating. Customer support did eventually fix the mistake, so I appreciate that, but it took longer than I expected and the whole thing felt a bit confusing. Glad it got resolved, just not a great experience overall

I got this to wear around the house and maybe for quick errands, since I’ve been trying to replace a few older things in my closet lately. It’s not terrible, but the fit is kind of weird on me. Some areas feel fine, then other spots sit a little awkwardly, so the comfort is just okay overall.

Well... it held up for a while, but I did notice it started fraying sooner than I expected. It’s not terrible, just not as durable as I was hoping.

The box showed up a bit dented, but everything inside was packed really well. The item wasn’t damaged at all, so I’m happy with it overall

I really like the clean, simple style. It looks nice without trying too hard. Anything more flashy would’ve felt avoidable, so this was exactly what I wanted.
